Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can stay at Casa la Concha?

Casa la Concha can host a maximum of 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and there is a convertible sofa bed of 140 x 200 in the living room.

Can I also book Casa la Concha for a longer (work-)stay?

Contact me if you want to book Casa la Concha for a longer than one month stay.

What’s the Wi-Fi connection like?

Having lived as a digital nomad myself I know how important it is to have a good Wi-Fi connection. This is why I have Wi-Fi of +- 200 / 300 Mbit, and have placed a wifibooster in the house to make sure the connection is strong in every room.

Is it allowed to bring my pet?

Yes, it is allowed to bring your pet, but please bring everything you need for your pet like a litterbox or pet bed. You can also buy this at the China Home store in the Bel Air neighbourhood.

How do I get to Casa la Concha?

There are two main airports in the Costa del Sol. Malaga Airport and Gibraltar Airport. Most people visiting Marbella or Estepona fly to Malaga.

I always use Skyscanner Travel: Compare Cheap Flights, Airline Tickets, Hotels & Car Rental to find the cheapest flight for the dates that I wish to travel. If you are a bit flexible about the dates and times you fly, its easy to find a cheaper flight when you simply scroll through the dates to find the best option. I advice you to rent a car for your stay at the apartment, but it is also possible to go everywhere by using the taxi (download the uber app and find your taxi driver there). Taxis are plentiful at Malaga Airport and all prices are displayed and fixed. It will cost you about 95 euro to go to Casa la Concha from Malaga Airport.

Car Rental at Malaga Airport

I recommend Marbesol. They have good service, and will have a transfer to their office because they are not at the airport (5 minute transfer).

Is the area also fun for the family / kids?

Estepona is one of the most family friendly towns of the Costa del Sol. You can find many fun activities for the family here. Like going to Selwo Aventura Safari Park, Superjump Estepona Trampoline park, or do all sorts of family activities like Dolphin Watching or going to the beach.

What’s the neighbourhood like? Are there restaurants and bars nearby?

Casa la Concha is located in a residential area called “Bel Air”, which is very centrally located and very close to Marbella, Estepona, the beaches, and the mountains.

  • 5 mins walk from the Bel Air Padel and Tennis Club
  • 10 mins drive to Puerto Banus in Marbella
